Digital Delivery
Better Digital LLC may sell digital products, software access, subscriptions, lifetime licenses, courses, templates, communities, services, or media products. Digital items are normally delivered by email, account access, license key, download link, app access, or shop account after payment is accepted.
Delivery Timing
Most digital access is delivered immediately or within a short processing window. Some products, custom services, beta products, or manually reviewed orders may take longer. If delivery is delayed, contact office@b-etter.digital.
Refunds
Unless a product page or checkout states a different policy, digital purchases are refundable only when required by law or when a material technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time. We may deny refund requests involving completed downloads, consumed services, abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or violation of product terms.
Subscriptions
Subscription access can be canceled according to the checkout or account settings for the product. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past billing periods unless required by law or stated on the product page.
Custom Services
Consulting, implementation, design, automation, or custom project work is governed by the applicable statement of work, invoice, or written agreement.
